What could be better .... after great Sunday lunch in the local pub with all the family to celebrate E's birthday (fine restraint on my part with the goats cheese salad for main - don't mention the mint choc chip desert!!!)...
Good 4 miles on the back lanes.... met up with everyone on a walk... then sprints with H (she is super quick these days ...!) and then a gentle mile to cool day....
Christmas trees are up, family together... only way to sum it up.... SIMPLY BRILLIANT!!!! ;o)
