So week one of 8 on the bike plan....
Leg is feeling better but resisting running - although sitting on the bike makes that a challenge.
I have worked out what bike training does for me...... it makes me sweat A LOT and makes my bum hurt BAD! Not sure if anything else... guess we will see after another 7 weeks of this!
It's a balancing act - 8 weeks of this then only 6 weeks to the Windsor half... hmmm
We shall see....
