New Years Day - 1/1/11 - interval training

Ouch - went right back to Day 1 to celebrate the New Year... used the original podcast as well :o)
8x 1 minute intervals off 90 seconds recovery.... now that felt like hard work indeed!!!!
Now will be a fixed part of the weekly schedule...
