So 2 weeks no running

And it feels bad.... with all my travelling and the knee problem I thought after Windsor time to take a break.

I am amazed how much the running does for my well being. Am starting again today with an easy run/jog and see where it takes me.

Blogs will pick up in frequency as the training kick up as well I suspect.
