Second Entry
So first week of training complete - 16 miles complete :o).
A bit weird not running on a Sunday as it's been the day I have run the most often since starting but now it's a designated cross-training day - which means walking or a bike ride.
Getting started: week 1
To link up with charity fund raising I have started this blog to track progress and thoughts along the way.
